My Journey

I first arrived at this work when I was training as a dancer. I was suffering from an injury to my lower back and, not only was I amazed by how my pain was transformed after treatment, but I also felt uniquely different, as though something deeper had changed. I always felt that the treatments addressed much more than just the symptoms I went in for.

Years later, I qualified as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist from the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust in London where, from 2022-24, I supported a new cohort of training practitioners as an assistant tutor. I hold a Diploma in ‘Living Anatomy’, fully accredited by the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists (APNT) and a First Aid at Work certificate.

I gained MA in Dance Performance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance and continue to work professionally in the field of dance. My background and experience as a mover underpins my understanding of the body's intelligence and informs my approach as a hands-on therapist.

I engage in Continued Professional Development to ensure I am up-to-date with the latest research and developments in my field, enriching what I can offer my clients. I also receive regular supervision, helping me to reflect on my practice.

I am a registered member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association

and fully adhere to their Code of Ethics and Standards of

Practice, ensuring a commitment to integrity and professionalism

within my work.

I practice Tai Chi (Taiji Quan) and Chi Gong, which keeps me in touch

with my own sense of balance.

I love supporting my clients on a daily basis to become more

fully themselves.
